Shipping policy

 Delivery and delivery time

Products will be made ready for shipment within 1-5 working days. Our shipping day is Friday! After your package has been shipped, it will take 1 to 3 working days for it to be delivered, depending on the country where it is being shipped to. Products are mostly delivered by DPD to the delivery address stipulated by the buyer. When your order is shipped, we will email you the track & trace code of the package. All parcel deliveries require a signature.

Please contact us if you would like to order a product but your country is not in the list. We can look for a solution and suggest a shipping rate.

In the framework of the Distance Selling regulations, Lounico shall fulfil orders within 30 days. If this is impossible (either because the ordered item is no longer on stock or can no longer be delivered) or if the delivery is delayed for other reasons, or if a delivery can only be made in part, you will receive a notice informing you of this within fourteen days of placing your order. In the event of this, you may cancel your order without default or charges.

Lounico is not liable if the delivery time is exceeded due to the fault of the carrier or if products are lost or in case of a strike. The buyer is informed about the transport risks and must address all questions related to this to the carrier.
