Refund policy

 

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION

If a cancellation is made two weeks before the workshop, the amount will be refunded minus a 5 euro administration fee. After that, Lounico does not provide a refund unless you can offer someone else to take your place.

Returns

You do have the right to withdraw your purchase for online purchases without paying a penalty or stating a reason for the withdrawal. You must do this within 14 calendar days following the day of the delivery. The charges for returning the product are at the buyer's expense.

Received broken goods?

We pack our products very carefully to avoid damage during transport. But in the odd case something should happen with your order which makes you unsatisfied with your purchase, you can let us know within 72 hours after receiving your order. Please send an email with a clear description of your complaint and 1-2 pictures of the damaged product to louis@lounico.be so we can review the case. If your complaint is justified, we will offer you 2 options:

  1. We will send you a replacement piece, free of charge.

  2. We will refund the broken piece
